Guidelines for applicability:

• The Product warranty is only applicable to the first purchaser of the products and is non- transferable.
• The warranty services are limited to repair or replacement of the product depending upon the Returns policy.
• Warranty services of product can only be availed by presenting a valid proof of purchase by the customers.
• Warranty applies only for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product observed during the first 14 days after completion of product delivery.
• In case of any product defect coming up within the 14 days of the delivery date, then the product may be replaced basis the nature of the problem and the Repairs and replacement policy. However, if the defect is minor then the product will be sent for repair. Any product defect notified after 14 days of the delivery date will not be eligible for a replacement.
• This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions as mentioned in the manual and the purpose for which the product was designed.
• Warranty coverage shall only be limited to provide repairs and solutions of the fault reported. In case a replacement is provided, it will be fulfilled with an equivalent performance device only, with or without packaging and accessories.
• We will make every effort to carry out repair/replace at the earliest to its customers, in cases of delays due to uncontrollable scenarios, we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.

Warranty is not applicable in the following circumstances:

• If product is not used/handled as per the manual that comes with the product at the time of purchase.
• If the product submitted is out of warranty. For certain product categories, support services shall be provided on chargeable basis as out-of-warranty cases.
• If there are any damages to the product due to customer abuse, repair by unauthorised persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, liquid spillage of any kind on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, water logging in the product, non-specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use and defects developed by due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God.
• Any issues related to look and feel, colour, intentional physical damage, low sound quality due to the accumulation of dust and dirt, deterioration of the aesthetic components due to regular wear & tear and usage.
